Shema Foundation is a registered Tanzanian nonprofit organisation working to improve the lives of vulnerable children, families and communities through child protection, nutrition, education, early childhood development and economic empowerment.

Ebenezer Children's Centre
Ebenezer Children’s Centre provides a safe, nurturing home for vulnerable children who need care and protection. Through loving care, nutrition, education, healthcare and early learning, we help every child grow, thrive and look towards a brighter future.
Lishe Shuleni
Lishe Shuleni is Shema Foundation’s school nutrition programme, empowering children, teachers and families with practical nutrition knowledge and healthy habits. The programme currently reaches over 2,500 pupils across 10 government primary schools in Morogoro.
Mwanzo Bora
Mwanzo Bora is Shema Foundation’s Early Childhood Development programme, giving young children a strong start through nurturing care, early learning, play and age-appropriate stimulation that supports their growth, development and school readiness.
